| Kenneth Zaifman is the founder and President of Network Canada. Network Canada was established in 1988 to recruit foreign workers to Canada. Mr. Zaifman is a lawyer who has assisted individuals and businesses with their immigration matters for over 25 years. He practices exclusively in the area of Canadian Immigration law and acts as immigration counsel for Canadian based companies and international corporations.
Mr. Zaifman has undertaken foreign recruitment initiatives on behalf of Canadian companies. He has organized seminars recruiting and testing for both skilled and semi-skilled occupations.
Mr. Zaifman has been a member of the Law Society of Manitoba since June 1976. He has served as a Chairman, Manitoba Bar Association; Immigration Law Section. He has also served as Chair of the Canadian Bar Association, Immigration Law Section and Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Canada Chapter. Mr. Zaifman is a member of the International Bar Association, the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the International Commission of Jurists. He is a member of the Premier of Manitoba, Economic Advisory Committee. He has been an author and frequent lecturer on topics related to business and skilled worker immigration at conferences and seminars in Canada, the United States, Europe, South America and Asia.
